Join Haw River Assembly for a community meeting on the proposed Enbridge Gas pipeline in Chatham County! NC WARN is honored to be working with Haw River Assembly and the people of Chatham against the pipeline, nearby data center and huge power plant Duke Energy likely plans to build to power the data center.

There will be multiple activities throughout the event – it’s sure to be an exciting space to learn, take action, and form strong relationships with your neighbors! We hope all pipeline resisters, both new to the fight, and those who have been looped in for the past few months, will join for a series of activities:
- A presentation for new folks with a community question & answer period
- Opportunities for photos and video interviews
- A postcard writing opportunity
- Training for developing public comments
- Snacks and a chance to socialize with fellow pipeline fighters
- Screenings of NC WARN’s short documentary, “The True Cost of Power,” and an opportunity for questions & answers. Come learn how the fight in Chatham is connected to other fights across the state!
