Calling all young artists, thinkers, and activists (ages 13-19) who are concerned about the climate crisis and interested in creative expression of social justice to participate in our Imagine a Clean Energy Future Art Contest.
Imagine two very distinct and different worlds. One world where we’ve achieved a clean energy future and have ended our reliance on dirty fossil fuels; and another world where we haven’t changed our path and have devastated the planet beyond repair. What would those worlds look like through your eyes? THINK, how might your very own community change? You may choose to do separate entries or one piece that cements your vision. You are the artist!
Submit your entries by September 5th by emailing Madeline a scanned copy or photo of your work.
1st place receives a cash prize of $50 and there are awards for 2nd and 3rd place winners, too. You might even see your work displayed at the NC WARN 30th Anniversary Celebration September 9th at Durham Central Park!
