Tell the Attorney General to Keep Pushing Back on Duke Energy Attack on Solar!

As explained in our news release and May 11 letter from nearly 70 businesses and nonprofits, Duke Energy is trying to quietly change the rules for nonresidential net metering by slipping the changes into its huge rate case. This would harm all business and nonprofit solar.

Attorney General Stein has responded in support of rooftop solar. Thank him for his work so far and encourage him to go further!
